Coppia di filtro combinato A1-P3 SPR341 per gas, vapori organici e polveri; A1 filtro protezione gas con carboni attivi sigillati in una cartuccia contenitore in ABS, P3 filtro protezione polveri meccanico tipo HESPA™ plissettato, tessuto sintetico incapsulato in un anello in TPE (i filtri polvere sono sempre accoppiati con i filtri gas). I materiali utilizzati per i filtri sono anallergici, inodori di grado medicale, privi di lattice e silicone; i filtri non contengono componenti plastici.

I filtri sono riutilizzabili e sostituibili di dimensioni 48,5×94,5x60mm del solo peso di 83 g.La tipologia di filtro A1-P3 R D protegge contro gas e vapori organici con un punto di ebollizione >65°C; i materiali utilizzati per i filtri sono anallergici, inodore, di grado medicale, privi di lattice e silicone e i filtri non contengono componenti plastici.

La durata dei filtri dipende dalla concentrazione di inquinamento presente sul luogo di lavoro e dal tipo di attività svolta. Il livello di filtrazione sarà sempre superiore al 99,95% per tutto il periodo di utilizzo. Le maschere sono fornite in una busta di alluminio in cui devono essere custodite dopo l’uso per ottimizzare la durata dei carboni attivi. La durata dei filtri polvere può essere aumentata utilizzando gli appositi prefiltri (acquistabili separatamente).

I filtri SPR341 sono da utilizzarsi con maschera Elipse cod. SPR338/SPR503 e maschera Elipse Integra cod. SPR444/SPR401 e sono conformi alla norma EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 e sono certificati CE, inoltre il 100% dei filtri sono direttamente testati in produzione.

PROPRIETA’ DI PROTEZIONE: I filtri per gas contengono granuli al carbone attivo con caratteristiche particolari legate alla misura dei pori, alla misura dei grani,livello di attenuazione, densità ecc ecc. Tali caratteristiche garantiscono alte performance di assorbimento e bassa resistenza respiratoria.I filtri possono essere usati finche non sono intasati e quindi cresce la resistenza alla respirazione, oppure fino all’esaurimento dei carboni e l’utilizzatore può sentire l’odore o il sapore dei gas e una volta che i filtri sono esauriti possono essere sostituiti con filtri di ricambio.
